Mayank Biyani is a dual-qualified Lawyer (India and Canada) holding Certificate of Qualification by the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, with over five years of experience in Arbitration, Insolvency, and Civil & Commercial Litigation. He has represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, and Arbitral Tribunals, handling complex and high-stakes disputes across sectors.

His practice covers a wide spectrum of commercial disputes, corporate insolvency, financial restructuring, regulatory proceedings, and contract management. He has acted for large corporates, financial institutions, and high-profile individuals in matters ranging from construction arbitrations and shareholder disputes to taxation and environmental law. In addition to contentious work, Mayank serves as retained counsel for businesses, providing strategic advisory, contract structuring, negotiations, and governance support. 

Beyond the practice of law, Mayank has a keen interest in sports, both as an avid follower and an active participant. He enjoys engaging with different sporting disciplines, which he believes foster discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking—qualities that also inspire his professional approach.
