Sameer Jain is the Founder and Managing Partner of PSL Advocates & Solicitors, and a distinguished disputes lawyer with extensive experience in Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration as well as corporate-commercial litigation. Over the years, he has acted as lead counsel in numerous complex, high-value and cross-border matters spanning arbitration, commercial disputes, infrastructure and construction contracts, taxation, foreign contribution regulation, and public procurement. His clientele includes multinational corporations, foreign governments, public-sector undertakings, high-profile individuals, and royal families.

With a strong international practice, Sameer has also served as an arbitrator in several ICC arbitrations and regularly advises clients from Europe, Russia, Israel and Japan. He is registered as a Foreign Lawyer before the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) and frequently acts as counsel or co-counsel in foreign-seated arbitrations and cross-border enforcement matters.

Sameer serves as Joint Secretary (North) of the Arbitration Bar of India (ABI) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He has been appointed as a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR for the 2024–27 term and is part of the core committee of ICC’s India Arbitration Group. He earlier represented India on the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) (2019–2021) and continues to contribute to regional arbitration institutions through training and speaking engagements. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Centre for Financial and Insolvency Law at Maharashtra National Law University, and frequently contributes to thought leadership through published papers, lectures, and panel discussions on arbitration, institutionalization of ADR, and the future of India-seated disputes.

Sameer’s clients include global OEMs, aviation and aero-engine companies, EPC and construction players, food-processing / agri-tech companies, PE-backed Indian businesses and family-owned enterprises. He is often brought in to salvage contentious disputes and to align dispute strategy.
