Ashvin Raj Jaiswal is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and presently serves as a part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at PSL Advocates & Solicitors. He regularly represents clients in a wide range of matters before various courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, real estate disputes, RERA proceedings, and consumer protection cases.

Presently, Ashvin on secondment at the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA), one of India’s leading industrial development authorities. In this role, he is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the Authority and providing strategic legal counsel on regulatory compliance, contractual frameworks, and dispute resolution.

Ashvin has developed experience in handling disputes involving large-scale real estate developers, contractual disagreements, and consumer grievances. His work includes drafting pleadings, strategizing litigation, and assisting in complex matters involving both individual and corporate clients.

Beyond his professional work, Ashvin maintains a strong interest in current affairs, international relations, and global geopolitics, which he actively follows to deepen his analytical perspective and understanding of socio-legal developments.
