Aastha Sharma graduated with an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University, USA, in 2020 and a B.com LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity University, in 2019. Aastha is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Corporate Commercial team as a Senior Associate at PSL. Before joining PSL, Aastha was part of the Dispute Resolution teams of two law firms, where she extensively worked on international commercial and domestic arbitrations. In her current role, Aastha is actively engaged in representing and advising clients across a wide spectrum of domestic and international arbitration matters. Her experience spans complex commercial disputes involving infrastructure projects, cross-border transactions, and shareholder issues. She regularly assists in drafting pleadings, strategising cases, and appearing before various arbitral tribunals and courts. In her free time, Aastha enjoys travelling, learning about personal finance, and cooking.
