Vidushi Keshan is an Associate at PSL Advocates & Solicitors and works with the firm’s dispute resolution practice. Her practice focuses on both foreign-seated and domestic arbitration and commercial litigation. She routinely handles international and domestic commercial arbitration and litigation matters in complex cross-border disputes for a diverse clientele in construction, infrastructure, energy, and real estate sectors. Her work spans ICC and ad-hoc arbitrations, as well as enforcement and setting-aside proceedings before various courts. She is also approached to provide commercial and pre-dispute advisory to clients and to assist clients with litigation planning and strategy.
Vidushi has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration, representing clients under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including proceedings under Sections 9, 14, 17, 34, 36, and 37. She handles high-stakes commercial disputes, enforcement matters, and complex construction and commercial contract issues in both ad-hoc and institutional settings.
A graduate of National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, Vidushi was awarded First-Class Honours and a Certificate of Academic Excellence. She is an accredited mediator trained by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and has published in journals such as the World Arbitration & Mediation Review and the GNLU Law Review among others.
Outside of law, Vidushi runs Let’s Peek-a-boo, a YouTube channel introducing early learning to children in creative ways. She also enjoys traveling and exploring global cuisines, activities that inspire new perspectives and balance in her professional life.
