Shubham Jaiswal, Associate at PSL Advocates & Solicitors, specialises in arbitration, insolvency, intellectual property and commercial litigation. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, he has experience of appearing before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), various District Courts and Arbitral Tribunals.
He has acted for both private and public sector corporations in high-value and complex disputes. He has appeared in ad hoc as well as institutional arbitrations covering a broad spectrum of matters, including infrastructure and real estate projects. Further, he has successfully represented resolution professionals, liquidators, financial creditors and operational creditors in high-value insolvency matters, assisting stakeholders through all stages of the CIRP and liquidation process.
