Anchal Singh is an Associate at PSL Advocates & Solicitors. She is a litigation and disputes lawyer practising before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and the National Company Law Tribunals. Her core practice spans insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial and construction arbitration, company law disputes, and complex civil and regulatory litigation. 

Anchal regularly represents resolution professionals, liquidators, corporates and financial stakeholders in high-value IBC and arbitration matters and has appeared across multiple Benches of the NCLT and NCLAT. Her experience includes drafting, strategy and end-to-end conduct of petitions, appeals and execution proceedings, with a focus on fact-intensive and technically complex disputes. 

She holds an LL.M. in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Jindal Global Law School and is enrolled with the Bar Council of India since 2021.
