Devansh Jain is a Partner at PSL Advocates & Solicitors and a key member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, with a strong focus on Commercial Arbitrations and matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). With over a decade of experience, he has built a robust practice spanning real estate litigation, consumer disputes, insolvency proceedings, contractual claims, and commercial arbitrations. He regularly appears before Civil Courts, Consumer Courts, arbitral tribunals, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), where he has handled high-stakes disputes involving infrastructure and construction contracts.
Devansh began his career in litigation, practicing before the Delhi High Court and its subordinate courts, where he specialized in civil litigation and honed his court craft. In 2016, he transitioned to a boutique law firm, where he representedsome of India’s most prominent builders and real estate companies, further deepening his expertise in infrastructure and real estate disputes. His extensive experience includes managing disputes with contractors, developers, and homebuyers, reflecting both the diversity of his practice and his commitment to securing favorable outcomes for clients.
In addition to his practice, Devansh is a recognized legal commentator, having been featured in leading publications such as Business Standard, BW Legal World, and The Economic Times. He brings a strong background in legal drafting, document review, and commercial arbitration, and is particularly adept in disputes involving civil, property, and company law.
Devansh holds a B.B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from S.G.T University, Gurgaon, equipping him with a well-rounded foundation that complements his commercial dispute resolution expertise.
