Anu Sura is an Associate Partner at PSL Advocates & Solicitors and a key member of the Dispute Resolution team, with a particular focus on arbitration, including commercial and construction disputes. She has extensive experience handling complex matters involving international commercial arbitration, intellectual property rights, indirect tax, media law, insolvency, and bankruptcy.

Anu represents both domestic and international clients and frequently appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, Trial Courts, and Tribunals. She is adept at managing end-to-end arbitration proceedings under the aegis of leading international institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Her expertise has been widely recognized across the legal industry. She has been named a Recommended Lawyer for Dispute Resolution (Arbitration) by Legal 500 Asia Pacific Rankings (2023 and 2021), featured in Forbes’ Top Individual Lawyers in Arbitration and Mediation (2022), and awarded the Rising Star Award Asia Pacific (2022) by the International Tax Review for her work in commercial arbitration, being the only Indian practitioner to receive this recognition. Most recently, she moderated the 3rd Annual Construction Claims & Dispute Management Summit 2024 in Mumbai, further cementing her reputation as a thought leader in arbitration and construction disputes.

Before transitioning into full-time law practice, Anu was an academic, teaching law at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and Amity Law School, IP University. She continues to stay engaged with academia through regular guest lectures, contributing to the development of the next generation of legal professionals.

Anu holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and an LL.M. in Public Law from National Law University, Delhi, which provide her with a strong academic foundation that complements her diverse practice.
