Jayashree Parihar is an Associate Partner at PSL Advocates & Solicitors, specializing in Corporate Commercial, Data Privacy, and Dispute Resolution. Based in New Delhi, she focuses on arbitration, particularly international commercial arbitration involving multinational corporations. She has extensive experience representing Indian and overseas clients in disputes before arbitral tribunals and judicial forums, including structuring and securing third-party funding arrangementsfor Indian parties.
She is deeply committed to diversity, mentoring, and thought leadership in the legal profession, serving on the Steering Committee of the Young International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (Hyderabad) and as a member of the India Chapter of the Equal Representation in Arbitration (ERA) Pledge. She was also appointed ICC YAAF Regional Representative for South Asia (2024–26), reinforcing her influence in international arbitration circles.
She actively contributes to leading publications, including LexisNexis and Wolters Kluwer, and has authored several articles on topics such as Arbitration, IBC, and Insurance. Jayashree also played a pivotal role in organizing and moderating the “Arbitration Cross-Talk” event hosted by PSL during India ADR Week 2023 and recently spoke at Part 2 of the ICC YAAF UAE–India Arbitration Series 2025 in Dubai.
