Nakashvir Singh Aulakh Delhi |

Nakashvir [nah-qsh-veer] is a graduate of NLU, Punjab (RGNUL) and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. His work focuses on company law, white-collar crimes, insolvency, and a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual claims and arbitration. He works extensively on matters concerning the interpretation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. He regularly represents and advises financial institutions in banking and insolvency disputes. 

He regularly appears before trial courts, tribunals, and constitutional courts, and has developed experience in writ jurisdiction matters involving both procedural and substantive issues. 

Alongside litigation practice, Nakashvir has a strong interest in legal research and writing and has authored publications on topics such as the retrospective application of penal statutes in white-collar crime cases, party autonomy in arbitration, and evolving enforcement mechanisms. 

Beyond the law, he has competed as a professional chess player and was actively involved in university-level powerlifting.
