Shrishti Jeswani is an Associate with the firm, focusing on commercial disputes, insolvency, and arbitration. Her practice spans advising and representing clients before the NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, Supreme Court and arbitral tribunals across India. 

She has successfully represented financial creditors, operational creditors, resolution professionals and liquidators in high-value insolvency matters, assisting stakeholders through all stages of the CIRP and liquidation process.  

In arbitration, Shrishti advises and represents clients in domestic disputes arising out of real estate, construction and government contracts. She has extensive experience in drafting and assisting in petitions under Sections 9, 17, 34, 36 and 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and handling enforcement and challenge proceedings before commercial courts, High Courts and Supreme Court. 

Beyond litigation, she advises corporations on contractual, regulatory and compliance matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Her advisory work often bridges legal and commercial perspectives, helping clients anticipate risks and achieve practical solutions. 

She also has experience in criminal litigation, particularly in matters involving economic offences, fraud and money laundering, having represented corporate directors and promoters in proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and related statutes.
