Before joining PSL Advocates & Solicitors, he was an independent legal practitioner, where he built a strong reputation for his strategic insights and results-driven counsel. 

At PSL, Vipul plays a key role in Corporate Commercial, Dispute Resolution, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy practices. He has been instrumental in managing trademark portfolios for pharmaceutical companies, media houses, and artists from the music industry, while also handling domestic arbitrations and high stake matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLAT & NCLT and has been consistently recognized for his expertise in restructuring and insolvency. 

Most recently, he was empaneled with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), a testament to his standing in the field and credibility with regulatory institutions. His representation in high-stake insolvency proceedings has also been acknowledged by The Legal500 Asia Pacific (2023), where he is profiled as a Recommended Lawyer in Restructuring & Insolvency. Additionally, he has also been empanelled as a Group “A” Advocate for conducting Central Government litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

An engineer turned lawyer, Vipul holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication, followed by a law degree with specialization in Intellectual Property Law from IIT Kharagpur.
