Vivek is a Dispute Resolution lawyer and currently engaged as a Senior Associate with the firm. His areas of practice include Civil, Commercial, Criminal, White Collar crimes and Insolvency laws as he advises and represents prominent clients before judicial and quasi-judicial forums in India. He regularly advises clients from a myriad of industries such as real estate, construction and infrastructure, energy, information technology, and food & beverages.

Vivek is also experienced in navigating intricate issues in disputes arising from construction and commercial contracts and holds demonstrable experience in representing clients in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration. He has been an integral part of the dispute resolution team at the firm and assisted in mandates that have culminated in various reportable decisions settling vexed issues in arbitration law.

Vivek’s practice includes representing clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, seat at Jabalpur and various district courts and tribunals in India.

Vivek also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Human Rights from the prestigious National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Cell, Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur and is regularly invited to the institution for training sessions, workshops and for assessing competitions. He has adjudged several domestic and international competitions in the sphere of arbitration, mediation and med-arb competitions organized by reputed universities in India.

When he is not settling drafts or arguing before courts, Vivek is travelling to explore new cities and cultures.
