She regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across several states, and tribunals in Delhi NCR and Mumbai, with notable strength in company law, insolvency law, and education law. She has also been instrumental in facilitating settlements in complex litigations, earning a reputation as a pragmatic and solution-oriented counsel.
Aakanksha has represented both government and private organizations, as well as a wide spectrum of stakeholders under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, including promoters, resolution applicants, creditors, investors, and professionals. Her experience spans commercial advisory and litigation proceedings involving financial frauds, acts of mismanagement, shareholder and investor disputes, and intricate corporate governance issues.
She has been recognized as a Future Star for Commercial & Transactions by Benchmark Litigation (2025 Asia Pacific) and as a Key Practitioner for Restructuring & Insolvency by Legal 500 (2025 Rankings). She has also been acknowledged by Legal 500 (2023).
